About the role

Fixed term temporary opportunities to provide specialist genetic services to patients of GHQ, pursuant to the policies and practices adopted by Queensland Health and the Metro North Hospital and Health Service.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • Develop, plan and oversee components of continuous quality improvement programs, which ensure that clinical aspects of the service are regularly reviewed and that opportunities for improvement are identified and implemented.
  • Interview and examine patients to identify clinical problems.
  • Select appropriate investigations.
  • Assemble clinical information and the results of investigations.
  • Diagnose clinical conditions.
