About the role
Some key responsibilities of this role are:
- Supervise Front Office operations
- Working around a rotational roster including evenings, weekends, overnight and public holidays
- Ensuring quality service is provided to guests by anticipating guest needs and responding to their requests promptly
- Efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay
- Address and solve guest issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Always remain professional in attitude, manner and presentation

Skills & Experience
- Strong written and verbal communication with key stakeholders
- Pride in personal presentation and grooming essential
- Sound time management and problem-solving skills essential
- Experience in a Front Office environment
