Direct Wholesale Services (DWS) is a privately owned and operated family business situated on the Coffs Coast. DWS is seeking a dedicated full-time coffee machine repair technician to join our team. If you excel in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with people, and love coffee we might be the perfect fit for you.
We service a wide range of coffee equipment. Ideally we’re looking for a technician with experience in both traditional (manual) and automatic coffee machines. This role involves a mix of in-house repairs and on-the-road service, with a work vehicle and tools provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- In-house repairs and servicing of domestic coffee machines
- In-house and on-the-road servicing of commercial coffee machines
- Support for key coffee accounts
- Monitoring spare part inventory and ordering as needed
- General warehousing duties

Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience repairing and servicing coffee equipment
- Must have a driver’s license
- Must be computer literate
