We seek a skilled and experienced professional to contribute to the high-quality finishes and maintenance of our homes and support our growing operations.

This opportunity is a full-time position (38 hours per week).
Position Responsibilities and Tasks
- Review design plans and inspect tiny home and granny flat surfaces to determine the type of work and materials required.
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling gaps, and ensuring smooth finishes for high-quality craftsmanship.
- Apply paints, stains, and protective coatings to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
- Assess and mix paint colours to match design specifications and maintain consistency across builds.
- Conduct finishing touches on cabinetry, trims, and custom woodwork to enhance the aesthetic appeal of tiny homes and granny flats.
- Perform routine maintenance and touch-ups on existing tiny homes and granny flats to preserve quality and longevity.
- Ensure all work aligns with Havenwood Tiny Homes’ quality standards and client expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper disposal of materials and regular tool maintenance.
- Work collaboratively with designers, builders, and clients to meet project timelines and deliver exceptional results.
- Follow all industry safety and environmental guidelines to uphold a safe and sustainable work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant qualification at Certificate III or Certificate IV level
- At least two years of full-time work experience as a painter
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workmanship.
- Demonstrated positive attitude and teamwork ability.
- Able to work efficiently with and without supervision.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to painting and construction.
Salary:
The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $73,150 to $80,000 plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
