your role
Step into a key support role as Administration Manager. You’ll handle billing, lease admin, and be the go-to for tenant queries.
This is a part-time role that can cater either a 4 day week, or 5 days within "school" hours.
This offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to grow within a high-performing property team.
your advantage
The following skills and experience are highly advantageous:
- Strong administrative and financial acumen, with experience in billing, reconciliations, and debt control
- Proficiency with MRI software or similar property management systems
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Previous experience in retail property or centre management
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in liaising with tenants and internal stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise tasks, take initiative, and work independently while supporting a wider team
