Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organise and analyse operational data from client sites, cleaning schedules, and performance reports to improve service efficiency.
- Manage supply and inventory data to ensure timely procurement of cleaning equipment and eco-friendly products while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Analyse client feedback, service completion rates, and industry trends to enhance operational strategies.
- Generate and analyse regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually) summarising cleaning service performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance
- Develop and maintain data management systems to improve tracking of workforce scheduling, job assignments, and quality control.
- Implement quality control measures and monitor cleaning performance KPIs across various projects.
- Collect and interpret data on cleaning efficiency, response times, and customer satisfaction to optimise workflows.
- Provide data-driven insights and advice on operational efficiency, recommending strategies to enhance service quality and reduce operational costs.
- Offer recommendations on cleaning protocols, business policies, and best practices based on analysed data.
- Advise on compliance requirements, workplace safety standards, and environmental sustainability in cleaning operations.
- Suggest improvements in service delivery methods, workforce management, and customer engagement to enhance overall efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to improve the quality of cleaning services and client satisfaction through data analysis.
- Ensure that the company’s processes adhere to industry regulations, including workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Oversee compliance with cleaning industry standards, including hygiene, disinfection, and chemical safety regulations.
- Work with marketing teams to align cleaning service offerings with customer expectations and promotional strategies.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operational management
- Strong analytical skills with experience managing and interpreting operational
- Excellent communication and problem-solving
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards, workplace health and safety, and environmental compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise
- Proficient in data management systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office
