- Lead, coach and supervise the studio team through modelling a collaborative learning approach where adults and children learn together, ensuring the environment and teaching approaches are designed to enhance children’s ideas.
- Uphold the rights of all children and acknowledge the place of childhood as a unique and critical part of human lifespan and development.
- Recognise families as children’s most important social and cultural community, where they learn about who they are and their place in the world.
- Guarantee the principles and practices which frame the early childhood profession in Australia and underpin our work with and alongside children, families and colleagues.
Harmony Griffin is situated within the welcoming community and natural surrounds of this growing Moreton Bay suburb. This beautiful centre caters to up to 83 children and is located near parks, green spaces, and family-friendly amenities.
About You
- Interact with children as confident, capable learners with voices to be respected, and coach team members to do the same.
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA Approved Qualification) or working towards.
