Description:
The CompanyThis well-established boutique firm—celebrating 50 years in practice—has built a stellar reputation in Brisbane’s legal community. Known for its client-first approach and broad expertise across several practice areas, the firm already services a significant number of family law clients. With increasing demand in this space, they’re now looking for a dedicated Family Lawyer to take the lead and formally spearhead the development of this practice area. It’s a fantastic opportunity to shape and grow the family law offering within a respected, values-led firm.

- Providing clear, empathetic legal advice directly to clients
- Drafting high-quality court documents and correspondence
- Representing clients in mediation and court
- Helping shape the growth of the family law team over time
You’re a confident, technically skilled Family Lawyer with at least five years’ post-admission experience and a drive to take on a leadership position. You’re passionate about helping people through difficult transitions and are ready to step into a more strategic role where you can influence a practice area’s direction while continuing hands-on client work.
