Reporting directly to the Director, you will lead all aspects of finance operations across the group, from management reporting, cash flow forecasting, budgeting and compliance, to interpreting financial data and presenting clear, forward-looking analysis. Your insights will inform strategic decisions and help maintain the financial strength of the Group as it continues to grow and diversify. You’ll be comfortable working across multiple systems, stakeholders and reporting lines, and ideally have experience with platforms such as Xero and Excel, and the capability to drive system integration and improvement.
This is a hands-on role, initiative and ability to anticipate needs of the business through analysis and interpretation of the financials, technical expertise and well developed communication skills will be important. You’ll bring a calm, professional approach, able to manage competing priorities, mentor a small internal team and keep pace with evolving business needs.
