From conducting workplace, ergonomic, and functional assessments to creating tailored injury prevention plans and collaborating with stakeholders across the board, you’ll be central to driving positive health outcomes. About the role:
- Deliver expert guidance on injury prevention strategies, ergonomic enhancements, and workplace adjustments.
- Conduct thorough workplace, pre-employment, job task, and ergonomic assessments to support worker safety and job readiness.
- Collaborate closely with employers, healthcare professionals, injured workers, and stakeholders to drive positive rehabilitation results.
- Design and implement individualised recovery and return-to-work plans tailored to client needs.
- Keep detailed case notes and reports to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to industry best practices.
- Support injured individuals in reaching key recovery goals and successfully reintegrating into the workplace.
- Excellent earning potential OTE $120,000 + Super + Travel Allowance, relocation support and generous employee benefits

- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, Registered Nurse, Social Worker
- Full registration with AHPRA or ESSA
- Ability to produce a satisfactory Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance
- Current Australian driver's license and vehicle
