Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own client group, providing timely, practical advice across accounting and tax matters.
- Take the lead in client meetings, offering insight and support that builds trust and long-term value.
- Review work prepared by the team, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure quality is maintained.
- Provide support and structured guidance to junior staff to help them grow and develop with confidence.
- Stay informed on technical changes and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
- Look for ways to streamline processes, enhance client service, and improve how the team works together.
- Around 6 years (or more) in a public practice accounting role.
- CA or CPA qualified.
- Someone who’s switched on, practical, and values accountability.
- A calm, clear communicator who can hold their own with clients and colleagues.
- Someone who knows when to lead, when to support, and when to ask questions.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a close-knit team.
