About the Business
Business Improvement and Technology is responsble for enabling the department and its operations to deliver its services through the provision and governance of information management, systems, data and technology. Their goal is to provide our employees with the tools they need to do their jobs effectively while making it simplier for the community to access the information they need.
Role Details
The ServiceNow System Analyst is a role within Business Improvement and Technology and is accountable to the Manager Technology Governance and Standards for:
• Configuring and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and usability, and, assisting in ensuring that all system configurations and enhancements meet the required quality standards and business requirements.
• Partnering with technology teams and business units to define, onboard, integrate and improve overall ServiceNow platform and ITSM processes.
• Undertaking business process and system process related analysis and managing resolution of incidents and problems related to the ServiceNow system.
Special Conditions
National Police Check required.
Some out of hours work may be required.
Role Status: Term up to 17/06/2027
Salary Range: $85,790-$95,413 (ASO5)
