Are you ready to take the next step in your property career? We’re recruiting on behalf of a highly respected and growing property group looking for a Commercial Property Manager to join their team in a pivotal role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Commercial Property Manager ready to step up , or someone with 2–3 years' experience managing commercial properties. You’ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of approx. 70 properties , spanning retail, commercial, and industrial assets , and work in a collaborative, well-supported environment.

About you:

• You’ve got around 2–3 years’ experience as a Commercial Property Manager or you’re an Assistant Commercial Property Manager looking to step up
• Comfortable managing day-to-day operations, lease administration, maintenance, and stakeholder relationships
• Confident communicator with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Experience with Cirrus8 is highly regarded (but not essential)
• A current Real Estate Certificate or License
