Ox Engineering is on the hunt for a creative, driven Senior Mechanical Design Draftsperson/Design Engineer to join our Canning Vale crew. What You’ll Be Doing
• Bringing ideas to life with detailed 3D models and mechanical drawings in SolidWorks
• Collaborating with a passionate team of engineers and project pros to nail every brief
• Reviewing designs to make sure they’re practical, buildable and up to spec
• Sharing your knowledge and mentoring the next generation of design talent
• Always looking for ways to make our design process smarter, faster and more fun
What We’re Looking For
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical design or drafting (consulting or manufacturing background = bonus points)
• SolidWorks wizardry (3D modelling and 2D drawings are your jam)
• Strong grasp of mechanical engineering, DFM and industry standards
• Drill rig design experience? We’d love to hear about it
• Top-notch communicator and team player
• Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent know-how)
