EASTER 2025 and this niche builder servicing the Newcastle, Central Coast and Sydneys hospitality market is in high demand, picking up a string of Pubs, Clubs, RSL’s projects in Newcastle and Sydney Metro. They are niche in their work, and as a result are highly successful increasing profit margins yearly and creating a solid secure business and culture for their employees.
With an influx of work / growth, this business has requested the urgent attention of a solid local Project Manager, ideally with experience running small to medium D&C build project’s ($500,00 to $20 million).
The role
As a driven Project Manager you will report directly to the Managing Director and will run hospitality projects (pubs, clubs, RSL’s) with the support of a solid team of a CA and Site Manager reporting directly to you. The role requires liaising with subcontractors, site teams, and clients as well as writing reports and monitoring the Budgets.The role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to a broad variety of projects commercially and be offered both the autonomy to operate on your own, as well as the support to be developed long term.

New Build & Full Fit Out from the Ground up.

Key responsibilities
Deliver projects from $100,000 up to $20 million project.Manage, liaise and coordinate subcontractorsEnsure the project is delivered on time and on cost.Assist in site set up and final handover.Ensure compliance with all on site regulations.Proven track record working as part of a large team in a busy live environment.
Duties
You must have experience working for a well respected construction company and a proven track record delivering schemes in excess of $2 million.
Skills And Experience
Degree Qualified, or related experience over 5 years Record of dealing with commercial/retail projects.High level of planning and organisational skills.Track record of liaising closely with SM’s, CA’s, Clients and SubcontractorsDemonstrate excellent team working skills.Excellent communication skills.Proven track record working as part of a large team in a busy live environment.
