Supervising Daily Operations: Assist in overseeing day-to-day farm activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.Animal Care: Participate in the care and management of livestock, ensuring high standards of animal welfare.Staff Supervision: Support in leading and mentoring farm staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.Feed and Resource Management: Help manage feed supplies and other resources to maintain optimal stock levels.Health and Biosecurity: Assist in implementing health protocols and biosecurity measures to protect livestock.Record-Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of farm activities and report on operational metrics.Farm Equipment Maintenance: Support the maintenance and operation of farm machinery and equipment.Budgeting and Cost Management: Assist in monitoring expenses and contributing to budget planning.Compliance with Regulations: Ensure all farm practices adhere to industry regulations and standards.Production and Quality Control: Help oversee production processes to maintain high-quality outputs.
Profile:
Knowledge of Broiler Farms: Prior experience or understanding of broiler farm operations is desirable.Hands-on Experience: Practical experience in farming operations is advantageous.Safety and Quality Focus: A strong commitment to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
