IntroductionBellevue Gold Limited (ASX:BGL) is a high-grade gold mine in Western Australia. The Bellevue mine has a forecasted 10+ year mine life producing over 150,000 Au Ozs for the first five years of production.
Underground mining has occurred since late 2020 to establish multiple mining fronts that de-risks the project in advance of underground production. The operation has strong ESG metrics underpinned by the exceptional grade of the project.
The Bellevue Gold Project is located approximately 30km north of Leinster township and sits in a major gold and nickel producing district. The Company has a highly skilled management team with a track record of exploration success and development of major gold mines.

Description
The focus of this role is to understand the geological properties of Bellevue Gold Mine and to provide effective geological information, interpretation and advice.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Provide supervision and safety leadership to the geological team (geologists, field assistants, consultants and contractors).
- Drive ongoing development of mine geological models and interpretations to enable efficient recovery of the ore body.
- Governance of mine production and reconciliation systems.
- Governance of geological data collection through drilling and mapping systems.
- Provide information for and contribute to mine planning. Identify and communicate risks and opportunities.
- Assist in Grade Control estimation processes.
- Identify business improvement opportunities to add value to Bellevue Gold Operations.
- Coaching/mentoring of junior geologists and technician team.
- Supervise the monitoring of QA/QC procedures, lab reporting and maintenance of project datasets to an acceptable standard.
- Engage key stakeholders in underground operations to ensure operational excellence.
- Contractor management of underground drill company, ensuring delivery of business requirements and the safe production.
- Prepare and present regular reports documenting mine production, reconciliation performance, and drill results.
- Identify growth opportunities and design drill programs for execution.
Skills And Experiences
Key Skills/Qualifications/Experience/Competencies
- Tertiary Qualification in geology.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Understanding of general mining operations.
- Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
- Gold experience highly desirable.
- Well-developed communication and literacy skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with well-developed time management skills.
- Proficient in technical writing, reporting and communicating of technical data to the relevant Government authorities and investors/shareholders as required.
- Demonstrated leadership skills; inclusive of training and retention of technical and field staff and consultants.
