Your role
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing operations across Wheels, Welcome Desk, Whatever/Whenever, AWAY Spa, and Style.
- Cultivating customer relationships.
- Championing innovation within the organization.
- Managing projects and people.
- Improving processes and pitching new initiatives through the Voyage project.
About you
Candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher-level education (Associates degree acceptable for Culinary).
- Superior critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively.
- Self-management and initiative.
- A real desire for personal and professional growth.
- Work authorization in the country of application.
- Recent graduation from a university or hotel school within the past year, or expected graduation within 12 months.
