Applications are invited for Deputy Care Home Manager.We are seeking an experienced competent practitioner in Adult Social Care to work as deputy manager in Moss Park.
The successful applicant will work working along side the Registered Manager to ensure a safe and effective transition of the service. They will deputise in the absence of the home manager and have responsibility to support assurance of care home standards that meet the health and wel being needs of all residents.
Applicants should be able to prioritise workload, be autonomous in decision making and be able to demonstrate effective leadership skills.
Applicants should have experience of assessing, planning and providing a high standard of safe, person centred care. This role will include supporting training needs of staff and monitoring standards to provide assurance of such.
Effective communication skills and ability to use NHS It systems are also essential requirements of this role.
