Women's and Children's Health Network, Advanced Trainee/Fellow Paediatric Gastroenterology, North Adelaide (5006)Salary - Total Indicative Remuneration - Classification - MDP2 - Medical Practitioner - $105,751 to $171,579 p.a (includes award salary, superannuation and any other monetary benefits)Full time - Term ContractThe total term of employment with SA Health will be 3 years. Rotations following the initial 12 months Paediatric Gastroenterology and will be determined in line with your training and SA Health's requirements. This may include transfer to other SA Health locations to perform work appropriate to classification, skills and capabilities.
About The Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity for Advanced Trainee Paediatric Gastroenterology responsible for:
Providing high-standard paediatric clinical services across South Australia as an Advanced Trainee/RegistrarDemonstrating a commitment to clinical teaching and supporting the education of junior medical staff and studentsParticipating in paediatric research projects and contributing to quality improvement initiatives
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (BMBS) or equivalent,Registrable with the Medical Board of Australia as a Medical Practitioner with General RegistrationCompleted RACP Basic Training and progressed to Advanced Training Ability to work as an effective team member in a multi-disciplinary environmentAbility to communicate effectively with customers and other staffAbility to work under stressful conditions and/or high workloadsProblem solving and decision-making skills (both clinical and individual)
