The overall purpose of this role is to manage the development and implementation of brand, product and communications strategies that support the broader marketing and business objectives.
Deliver target, effective and ‘on brand’ product and communication activities that enhance brand health, maximise revenue growth and optimise profitability for the Charitable Games team. The role is also responsible for implementing omni-channel initiatives withing the broader business teams to achieve Charitable Games commercial and community contribution objectives. Please note this is 12 month contract opportunity.
What you’ll do
- Implementation of key initiatives as outlined in the annual Marketing Plan that deliver on business objectives, across the portfolio, membership and the category
- Drive activity that supports the achievement of strong brand health metrics including awareness for Charitable Games products: Play For Purpose and 50-50 Charity Raffle
- Deliver commercial outcomes to support the growth, customer experience and omni-channel features for Play For Purpose and 50-50 Charity Raffle
- Act as a brand guardian of Play For Purpose and 50-50 Charity Raffle
- Support the implementation of community initiatives whilst raising awareness of Play For Purpose & 50-50 Charity Raffle community contributions
- Assist the Marketing Manager with the implementation of strategic projects as required
- Contribute to management of expenditure budgets and related financial reporting tasks as required.
- Assist team by providing data driven insights on business and campaign performance
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations and administrations for our customer and contribute to driving continuous improvement in the programs
- Optimise direct communications for customer journeys
- Ensure all marketing activities are conducted within Lotteries Compliance, Responsible Play and Legal framework.
What you’ll bring
- At least five (5) years relevant marketing experience
- Experience in delivering brand and communication strategies
- Experience in product management from concept development to implementation
- Must possess a passionate brand vision
- Ability to anticipate opportunities, proactively problem-solve and influence cross-functional
- teams to address
- Strong interpersonal, communication and time management skills
- Experience in product management from concept development to implementation
- Good insight into CRM systems, data analytics, lifecycle management and segment marketing are desirable
