This permanent part-time role is mornings and afternoonsMonday to Friday with additional paid admin hours each week.

Job Description
Leadership & Team Support – Lead, mentor, and manage OSHC Educators while fostering a positive and collaborative team cultureChild Safety & Well-being – Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for children, implementing behaviour management and emergency protocolsFamily & Community Engagement – Build strong relationships with parents, schools, and the wider community through communication and involvement initiativesCompliance & Quality Improvement – Maintain regulatory compliance, manage budgets, oversee training, and drive continuous program improvement
Qualifications
Relevant Qualifications – Working towards or holding a relevant Diploma level qualification (ACECQA approved)Essential Certifications – First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, and Child Protection Training (current or willing to obtain)Leadership Experience – Ideally2 years in an OSHC leadership role, with strong team management skillsWork Rights & Availability - ongoing permanent Australian work rights, and available to work at least 80% of shifts
