Educational Leader, ECT or 4th year Bachelor Degree student

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's Degree qualification,
- New graduates or 4th year bachelor dregree students are encouraged to apply
- Sound knowledge about regulatory standards, NQF, EYLF and early education theories.
- Skilled and willing to continue supporting children’s learning, parents and educators.
- Assessment and Rating experience will be highly valued.
- Provide effective leadership that promotes a positive organisational culture and builds a professional learning experience
- Work in collaboration with Room Leaders and educators to guide and support their curriculum and planning
- Personal qualities of coaching, mentoring and willingness to share information with other educators
- Leading the process of documenting children’s learning and development and establishing and implementing systems across the centre services.
