Chisholm is seeking an experienced Enquiry and Enrolment Lead to join our Student Enquiry and Enrolment department on a fixed term contract until December 2025.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- This position is accountable for managing the day to day operational and administrative functions in the Student Enquiry and Enrolment Services team including managing the provision of customer service, administrative tasks and complex or technical enrolment advice.
This role provides outstanding leadership through role modelling and consistent coaching to strengthen skills, productivity levels, and mentoring staff to ensure work is carried out and completed to a high standard within the team. The role will focus on providing and leading excellent customer service and a position enrolment experience via multiple channels.
The incumbent is a key leader and active participant of the Student Enquiry and Enrolment Services team and assists the Team Leader in managing work, rosters and managing the systems the team uses and provides expertise to Student Enrolment Partners and Student Enrolment Officers for the effective operation and management of team activities

Qualifications required for the role:
- Undergraduate Degree qualified, or equivalent business or customer service experience
