About the Role

This is more than a people leadership role- it's a chance to shape the culture, capability, and performance of a purpose-led organisation. Reporting to the General Manager of People and Culture, you'll work closely with senior leaders to deliver integrated people strategies that support organisational goals, uplift leadership capability, and enable high engagement.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading and developing a values-led, collaborative team
  • Partnering with executives to align people strategies with business goals
  • Driving initiatives that uplift performance, leadership capability, and culture
  • Providing expert guidance on complex employee relations and organisational change
  • Using people data to inform strategy and enhance employee experience
  • Collaborating across People & Culture to support enterprise-wide initiatives

Skills & Experience

  • Leadership experience in HR, with a focus on coaching teams and building strategic capability
  • Expertise in employee relations, with a solid grasp of employment law, policy, and enterprise agreements
  • A partnership mindset—skilled in influencing and advising senior stakeholders and business leaders
  • Experience developing and executing people strategies that drive business and cultural outcomes
  • Confidence working with HR metrics and workforce data to shape solutions and track success
  • A proactive, people-centred approach and a passion for fostering a high-performing, inclusive culture
  • Completed or in-progress tertiary studies in HR, Business, or a related discipline
