Areas of Responsibility:
- Develop expert knowledge and conduct comprehensive training to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the brand's prestige.
- Oversee the operational performance of your store, reporting directly to the Retail Director.
- Drive achievement of targets through thorough staff training, exemplary service, and effective sales techniques.
- Ensure meticulous adherence to Store and Company policies, with prompt and accurate reporting to Head Office.
- Inspire clients to explore the heritage through engaging storytelling, promoting a passionate atmosphere for all collections.

- Has a natural ability to inspire, coach, and elevate team performance.
- Truly understands the expectations and mindset of the luxury customer and enjoys delivering personalised service.
- Communicates clearly and professionally, with the ability to connect with a variety of key stakeholders.
- Enjoys a busy concession environment, staying organised and focused even when juggling competing priorities.
- Is comfortable with numbers, reporting, and using data to make informed decisions and drive performance.
