Administration & Sales Support Assistant
Location: Gold Coast | Full-time | Office-based
Are you a highly organised and tech-savvy administrator with a flair for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re on the hunt for an Administration & Sales Support Assistant to join our dynamic team and be the backbone of our day-to-day operations.
About the RoleYou will play a vital part in supporting our sales team, managing backend systems, and ensuring our clients, staff, and suppliers are all connected and up to date. This is a varied role that suits a self-starter with excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Booking appointments for our sales team and managing calendars efficiently

Monitoring shared inboxes and distributing emails to the correct departments

Entering and updating leads in our CRM to ensure all client interactions are tracked

Xero data entry and financial admin, such as reconciliations, supplier invoices, and payments

Liaising with suppliers and updating their project management systems (PMS) with job status or requests

General admin support for internal teams, including reporting, data entry, and process management
We’re looking for someone who is:

Proficient with Xero and CRM systems (experience with Buildertrend or similar platforms is a plus)

Organised, methodical, and able to juggle multiple tasks with competing deadlines

Experienced in administration, preferably in a construction, renovation, or trades-based environment

A clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal

Comfortable using cloud-based tools and systems
