About The Role:
As the Duty Manager at Oran Park you are responsible for but not limited to:

Responsible for the venue's appearance and atmosphere for all services and events.

In charge of all shift operations from the setup, running and close down of the venue.

Work as part of the venue leadership team to instil culture of superior customer service, leaving the customer 'wanting more'.

Daily reporting including day and night shift reports.

Strictly adhere to and enforce all company policies to ensure the business is run effectively and efficiently.
About You:
You’re a passionate, driven, and team-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring:

Proven excellence as a Duty or Venue Manager in a large multifaceted venue.

Ability to share your knowledge, manage and motivate.
-
Possess a comprehensive set of food and beverage service and operations skills and a focus on customer service.

Team oriented approach to management with a mindset of open communications.

Immaculate presentation paralleled with hands on service delivery.
-
Confident in 'managing up' and influencing teams.

Excellent communication; written and verbal.
