About the role
Working as part of the ICT Team, the ICT Support Officer assists in delivering ICT administration and support for hardware and software for Cire Services’ staff, students and external stakeholders. The ICT Support Officer is a technical and customer service specialist, providing quality service and solutions staff to enhance and maintain their operations.
You will also get the opportunity to assist working on innovative projects whilst the organsiation scales, inc cyber security and cloud migration.
Other Day to Day duties consist of:
- · Helpdesk Ticket Management and Resolution
- Customer Service
- Device Management
- Onboarding/Offboarding Staff
- Back Ups, Recovery and Repair
- Site Visits
- Basic Networking and Desktop Support
Please note this role is a 12-month contract onsite Full-Time position based in Lilydale, within Melbourne Eastern Suburbs.
What are we looking for:
Due to company growth we are now seeking a dynamic ICT Support Officer to join our team.
We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills with 1-2 years' experience within an ICT Enterprise and/or Helpdesk environment using Microsoft Solutions.
You will also have some basic skills within Active Directory and Windows OS .
Other things which we are looking for include:
- · Creative problem solver with commitment to continuous improvement.
- · Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- · Ability to work effectively and accurately with minimal supervision.
- · Good stakeholder management skills.
- · Proactive to addressing upcoming business needs.
You will also require a Full Valid Australian Drivers Licence and access to a reliable car as Site Visits will be required – (Travel Allowance will be provided)
