About the role:

As Centre Director of Little Zak's Academy Rozelle your responsibility and time will be spent on staff and their development and operations of the centre.

About you:

• Diploma/Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA Approved Qualifications Accepted) is mandatory.
• Experience with staff development & leadership - lead your team to excel in their careers.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with families and children, driving family retention and occupancy.
• Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS), ability to develop a QIP
• Outstanding level of verbal and written communication
• Strong computer skills
• Current First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates.
• Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or Permanent Visa.
• Current Working with Children Check.
