Ray White | Albury North are seeking a Property Management Team Leader to join our office and shape the future growth of our talented, high-performing Property Management team.

The role - your duties:
  • Manage and oversee all areas of the Property Management department;
  • Coach and inspire your team to deliver operational excellence and 5-star customer service;
  • Foster a positive, collaborative and supportive team culture ensuring team members feel valued and empowered;
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and expectations to drive high performance;
  • Conduct regular check-ins with team members and organise training and development programs to encourage upskilling, career growth and goal setting;
  • Build and nurture strong and positive relationships with landlords, tenants and stakeholders, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support;
  • Manage your own small residential portfolio;
  • Assist in the growth of the rent roll through strategic business planning and collaboration;
  • Monitor market trends and encourage innovation;
  • Implement comprehensive onboarding, induction and training programs for new team members.
  • Stay across trust accounting and invoicing for mid/end of month;
  • Implement and maintain robust policies and procedures;
  • Coach, advise and attend tribunal (NCAT); and
  • Lead by example.

The candidate - to succeed in this role you'll have:
  • Experience as a PM Team Leader OR extensive experience as a senior property manager;
  • Proven experience in all aspects of Property Management;
  • A real estate licence;
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members;
  • Experience and a desire to develop systems and processes to contribute to team success;
  • The ability to lead a team;
  • Strong conflict resolution skills;
  • Exceptional customer service skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • High levels of professionalism;
  • A strong understanding of legislation and best practice; and
  • The ability to manage and prioritise your time.
