As a Recruitment Consultant based at our Gold Coast office, you will be at the forefront of driving recruitment and business development initiatives primarily across PNG and Melanesia, with opportunities to expand into the wider APAC region.You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences while achieving key business growth targets in these dynamic markets.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Mastery: Utilise CRM JobAdder and other recruitment platforms to source, screen, and place top-tier candidates across PNG, Melanesia, and beyond. From CV reviews to post-placement support, you’ll ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence in these regions.
- Business Development Excellence: Engage with key decision-makers in PNG and Melanesia, qualify job briefs, and exceed client expectations to grow our footprint in these strategic markets and the wider APAC region.
- Administrative Precision: Stay informed on industry trends relevant to PNG, Melanesia, and APAC, actively participate in meetings, and support marketing initiatives to amplify Peopleconnexion’s brand locally and regionally.
- Proven experience in recruitment or related sales roles, preferably with exposure to Melanesia or APAC markets (not essential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and databases.
- Thrive in a sales and KPI-driven environment.
