The Opportunity
Coretex Group is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our business psychology consulting team. We’re looking to tap into your creativity to bring our ideas and concepts to life. You will support a variety of clients, with an opportunity to apply your creative style to both digital and print design. The Graphic Designer will also play a key role in supporting the Coretex Group brand as we design and deliver bespoke leadership and team development programs across Australia.

What you’ll do
» Create and design bespoke digital and print assets for our clients.
» Project manage the design direction of a variety of programs, bringing a capacity to work across a variety of company brands.
» Design assets including icons, illustrations, graphics, posters, PowerPoints, documents, workbooks and more.
» Support the Coretex Group brand through marketing, social media content and posting.
» Manage our digital asset library and actively contribute to effective document management.
» Support with video development and production, including storyboarding.
Our Ideal Candidate
» 5+ years’ experience in a graphic design role, ideally within a consulting, creative agency, or corporate design team.
» Comprehensive knowledge of print media and production for posters, brochures, workbooks, large format displays and more.
» Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat.
» Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Office, e.g., Word and PowerPoint templates.
» Background in communications / marketing and/or social media advantageous.
» Motion graphics and video editing experience desirable.
» Highly organised and able to manage task lists and deadlines, with an ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
» Adaptable, agile, able to think on your feet, and keep calm under pressure.
» A team player, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
