Gas Field Services are seeking an Account Receivable Officer to join our team in Alligator Creek, Queensland.
This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of our operations.
Role Summary
The Accounts Receivable Officer will play a key role within our business by processing invoices, following up on payments, and ensuring that our records and data is accurate and up to date.
Responsibilities

Review incoming Drilling Reports to ensure data is accurate.

Liaise with Supervisors & Managers to ensure that activities have been recorded correctly.

Enter data from Drilling Reports into our invoicing system.

Generate invoices and issue them to customers in a timely & professional manner.

Respond to customer queries regarding invoicing in a professional and timely manner.

Follow up outstanding invoices in line with internal processes.

Develop strong professional relationships with our customers.
Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience
-
Previous experience in an administration or finance support role. Accounts Receivable experience is preferred.

High level of attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong communicate skills to effectively communicate with colleague’s and clients

Friendly and approachable.

Positive attitude & willing to learn.

Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel etc).
