• Full-time role - 38hrs per week, working a 4-day week. Have a long weekend every week!

• Operate assembly lines efficiently

• Undertake manufacturing processes to fulfill work orders in accordance with SOP and established principles

• Operate and maintain machinery

• Assemble and disassemble machinery and parts

• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as per Australian Standards

• Handle packaging and cleaning tasks

• Complete start-up and shut-down checklists with precision

• Follow and uphold strict quality control standards

• Proficient and safe forklift operations

• Working with dangerous goods

• Perform housekeeping tasks as and when required to ensure safe and efficient operations

• Perform cycle counts in an accurate and timely manner

• Follow and uphold all WHSE regulations and procedures

• Previous experience working within a lean manufacturing and production line environment

• Previous experience in aerosol paint manufacturing would be highly regarded

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Must hold a current Forklift License

• Ability to work at a face pace and meet deadlines

• Able to demonstrate a high attention to detail and accuracy in all output

• Sound communication skills, including the ability to follow directions

• You prioritize safety and follow all procedures and policies diligently

• You’re a clear communicator and work well in a team

• Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing is required for this role
