We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Qualified Business Manager to join our high-performing Capalaba team in a high-volume finance & insurance role .

You're a confident and customer-focused finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment. You bring:

• ✅ Strong F&I product knowledge and proven sales ability (preferred)

• ✅ Automotive industry experience (a strong advantage)

• ✅ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• ✅ A detail-oriented, organised and ethical work approach

• ✅ Drive, integrity, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations

As a key member of our dealership team, you will:

• Present tailored finance and insurance solutions to customers

• Process finance and leasing deals with accuracy and compliance

• Educate the sales team on current finance programs and benefits

• Secure approvals and maintain strong relationships with lenders

• Build trust with customers by delivering a seamless end-to-end experience
