The Job:
Reporting to the Sales Manager – End to End Solutions (VIC/TAS), you will be part of our Tasmanian sales team visiting stores and end users across the state.
Your core duties include:

Promoting products through demonstration, and instructing in their use

Training internal stakeholders on the specifications of all products
-
Conducting Distributor and End User training/demos at SBD Field Days, in store, End User’s sites and at major trade events

Maintaining a range of clean and workable power tools, accessories and materials for the purpose of demonstrations and training.

Provide instore support including liaising with customers, merchandising and product demonstration
-
Generating new business opportunities through End User engagement

You will:

Have previous sales experience, with an aptitude for business development

Have experience in engaging with end users and brand advocacy

Possess the confidence and clear communication skills to present product initiatives to end users
-
Ideally have some experience in product training to either internal or external parties
-
Preferably have experience working in a customer service role within a hardware environment or similar
-
Demonstrate a strong understanding of technical concepts
-
Have strong Planning skills and be able to work in an autonomous environment
-
Most of all have a passion for working with Power Tools & Hand Tools
Please note there maybe Infrequent regional/overnight travel in this role
