THE OPPORTUNITY
We are actively seeking an experienced manager for our Launceston branch.
As the hands-on Branch Manager, you will lead a customer-focused team to ensure our customers receive exceptional service. As a seasoned operator, you will be the driving force behind our store's success.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading by example and creating a high-energy, fun atmosphere for our team and customers.
- Overseeing all store operations, from inventory management to visual merchandising.
- Achieving sales targets while delivering a shopping experience that wows.
- Inspiring your team to be their best, nurturing talent, and fostering a sense of retail adventure.

- Ensure a safe environment for our customers and your team

We are on the lookout for individuals who:
- Retail and or sales management experience.
- Tiles, Bathroomware and hard flooring experience would be an advantage but not essential.
- Have a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.
- Thrive in a high-energy, team-oriented environment.
- Embrace the direction and procedures of the business.
- Possess Strong operational skills including stock processing, merchandising, organisation, time management
- Training and development of your team to upskill & upsell
- Must be able to work Saturday as part of the roster.
