Your role
Responsibilities
- Participating in an 18-month development program with rotational assignments.
- Engaging with various teams such as EIG, FIG, ISG, and IMFR.
- Collaborating globally to support clients' investment goals.
- Completing the program to potentially launch into a permanent role.
About you
Qualifications
- A recent or upcoming graduation in a relevant degree, such as Finance.
- A WAM of 75+.
- Full ongoing working rights for Australia.
- Availability for a 2-year program starting February 2026.
- Availability for interviews in July 2025.
- A belief in Vanguard’s mission and values.
