Froliq Early Learning Centre Brunswick, located at 123 Albion Street, Brunswick, is one of Froliq's newly refurbished Centres. The building is referred to as Hartnett House, and is one of the oldest childcare centres in Melbourne. The Centre is also family-owned and operated.

We are looking for Educators for a full-time lead role who:
- Have a true passion for Early Childhood Education & Care
- Are responsive to children's ideas, interests, strengths and abilities.
- Nurture curiosity through education and play.
- Actively seeks out new approaches and eagerly shares them with the team
- Can create a strong culture of support and go the extra mile within the team.
- Can work full-time at 38 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering age-appropriate activities to stimulate learning and creativity.
- Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of children at all times.
- Support social interaction and positive relationships among children and staff.
- Collaborate with Lead Educators to implement daily routines and educational programs.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming childcare environment.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Basic understanding of child development principles.
- Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of children at all times.
- Support social interaction and positive relationships among children and staff.
- Collaborate with Lead Educators to implement daily routines and educational programs.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming childcare environment.

What You’ll Need:
- Diploma or Cert 3 in Early Childhood Education or willing to study
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a current Educator role
- Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current & Valid Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR certificates, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
