The Role We are seeking a Payroll Specialist who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion for delivering high-quality, accurate payroll services. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring timely and compliant payroll for our waged employees across Australia and New Zealand, while being part of a collaborative and supportive team. Key Responsibilities Managing weekly payroll processing for Australia and New Zealand in collaboration with ADP Managed Services Handling payroll master data changes, salary deductions, leave and tax adjustments, superannuation, and Workers’ Compensation payments Responding to payroll-related queries from employees, HR, and leaders with professionalism and care Supporting the development and communication of hourly payroll and holiday schedules Performing payroll reporting, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate payroll records Assisting with continuous improvement and implementation of new payroll processes Familiarity with Time & Attendance systems is a plus About You Proven end-to-end payroll experience, including single touch payroll Strong understanding of general ledger postings and payroll reconciliations Sound knowledge of EA/award interpretation and Payroll Tax/Workcover legislation in AU & NZ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Detail-focused, deadline-driven, and a natural problem-solver Experience with SuccessFactors is highly regarded A positive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and compliance We Offer Hybrid Flexibility - 2 days in the office (Wednesday & Thursday) 3 days from home.
