Your Role: Make a Difference Every Day
As a Community Support Worker, you will play an essential role in supporting and empowering people with disability to live a life of their choosing and be respected and valued within their community. You will provide a range of community services to assist clients to be actively involved in their local community, engaged in meaningful opportunities and build relationships. This role can be demanding and challenging but overall rewarding, as you positively impact the lives of the people you support

Responsibilities include:
Supporting clients in daily activities, social engagement, and skill-building.
Follow behaviour support plans using positive strategies.
Provide personal care with empathy and dignity.
Maintenance of progress notes and record keeping
Work flexible shifts, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays.

What You Bring:
Experience in disability support is preferred or a strong passion for making a difference.
Flexibility to work across different locations and shifts, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays.
A valid NSW Driver’s Licence.
Willingness to assist with personal and hygiene care.
Qualities of resilience, empathy, and confidence.

Casual Shifts Available:
Before school care (6:00 AM – 9:00 AM)
Afternoon school care (2:30 PM – 8:00 PM)
Weekends (6:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
School holidays (6:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
