We are seeking a customer service professional to assist us with providing an unparalleled experience to service guests.
The Service Receptionist plays a critical part in make a good first impression and assisting guests with their service booking or maintenance inquiry. This role is well suited to a person who loves to be busy and enjoys assisting guests with their questions or requests. To be successful in this fast-paced environment the ideal candidate is a good listener, detail orientated, and takes ownership of a guest’s experience.
This opportunity suits you if you have superior communication skills both verbal and written, excellent phone manners, good computer literacy combined with a reliable and honest personality. We are looking for the right attitude and attributes so previous dealership experience is not required as full training will be provided.
Your main duties will be:
- Handling a high volume of booking requests via inbound calls and emails.
- Managing service bookings
- Contact servicing guests
- Liaising with other Service employees
- General administration tasks as required
- Thorough follow up, strong attention to detail to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
- Provide guests with recommendations on services
- Anticipate guest needs
The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday with an occasional Saturday.
