The opportunity
We are looking for a Acurity SME who will drive mentorship, process refinement, and technical leadership, raising our organization’s proficiency in leveraging Acurity effectively.
About You
Technical Leadership & Capability Uplift – Actively mentor and guide developers, instilling best practices for structured development within Acurity. Champion Acurity Best Practices – Advocate for proper configuration, structured reporting, and efficient data management, ensuring team-wide adherence to high-quality standards. Change & Quality Management – Oversee CAB meetings, manage deployment roadmaps, and ensure software reliability. Acurity Solution Design & Development – Lead the enhancement and optimization of Acurity functionality, ensuring precision in financial transaction processing. Database Schema Expertise – Deep understanding of Acurity’s DB schema, ensuring optimal query structuring, indexing, and reporting efficiency. Acurity Report Programming – Develop and optimize financial and operational reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and performance. View Customisation – Configure and tailor custom views to support business reporting and operational needs. Configuration Management – Handle batch processing, transactions, and event-based configurations to ensure seamless system execution. Acurity Integration – Manage and oversee data flows between Acurity and other financial systems, ensuring interoperability and security. Electronic Processing & Job Scheduling – Optimize and manage automated queues, electronic workflows, and scheduled transactions within Acurity. Product Governance & Compliance - Lead governance initiatives, ensuring regulatory adherence and chairing governance committees.
What you'll bring:
Expertise with Acurity, specializing in solution design and financial transaction processing. Expert-level understanding of Acurity’s database schema and financial data structures. Experience in Acurity report programming, view customization, and advanced reporting techniques with ability to configure batch processes, transactions, and event-driven workflows. Hands-on expertise in Acurity integration, ensuring seamless interoperability with financial systems and understanding of electronic processing, scheduled jobs, and queue management for high-efficiency transaction handling. Communication skills and attributes to influence development teams providing mentorship and enforcing quality-focused development practices. Commitment to structured solutions over quick fixes ensuring sustainable and maintainable Acurity implementations. Hands-on involvement in vendor management, change management, and quality assurance.
