We are looking for an experienced Casual Gaming Supervisor to join the PLG team at Glasshouse in Caulfield . You'll play a pivotal role in overseeing gaming operations, ensuring all regulatory compliance requirements are met, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers.
Centrally located in Caulfield East right next to the train station and on the edge of Melbourne’s spectacular Caulfield Racecourse, home of the Melbourne Racing Club. The Caulfield Glasshouse is one of the best original pubs in Melbourne. With all day dining and plenty of entertainment available it is the perfect location for a day out with friends, to celebrate a special event, or a casual dinner.

What will my duties include?
- Ensure the gaming room is always of a high standard in terms of cleanliness, customer service, lighting and ambiance.
- Oversee daily gaming operations, including game management and equipment functionality.
- Ensure that all policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements are always being met.
- Supervise and support gaming staff and provide training and guidance to maintain high performance standards.
- Assisting when required with the management team in the further development of the gaming room. The role you are applying for may be quite fast-paced and require you to complete tasks including but not limited to lifting boxes, kegs or stock, standing for long periods of time, and utilising stairs.
What we are looking for:
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
- Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
- Food Handlers Certificate
- TAB Compliance
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage staff effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
