The Role
As a CRM Functional Consultant , you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the design, deployment, and customisation of state-of-the-art Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platforms. Key responsibilities include:
- Translating business needs into functional, fit-for-purpose CRM solutions.
- Customising workflows, forms, and automations using Power Platform tools.
- Collaborating with technical experts and stakeholders to deliver a seamless CRM user experience.
- Supporting and maintaining Dynamics 365, resolving issues, and continuously enhancing functionality.
Your Profile
You're a problem-solver with strong communication skills and a background in technology or business. Essential attributes include:
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platforms.
- Experience in system improvement through custom workflows and configurations.
- Proficiency in supporting technical stakeholders and mentoring peers.
- Knowledge of privacy principles and governance to safeguard stored data.
What is required from you
- Relevant tertiary qualification in technology or business fields.
- A proven ability to implement solutions aligned to business requirements.
- Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365 Fundamentals/CRM, Power Platform Fundamentals) are advantageous.
- Experience in Agile or SCRUM environments will be highly regarded.
