Now, we're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (with strong front-end capabilities and a deep interest in generative AI ) to join the team.

- 0→1 opportunity : This isn’t iterating on existing features, this is greenfield, from scratch, customer-driven product development.
- Product ownership : You’ll be deeply involved in product decisions, working closely with design, PM, and data to build something people love.
- AI-infused : We’re leveraging generative AI to accelerate workflows and uncover insights, with Tracksuit’s brand data. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we integrate AI in useful, elegant ways.
- Startup energy with strong foundations : At just over 4 years old, we’re already working with 500+ brands across NZ, AU, UK, USA and Canada. You’ll get startup pace with the stability and reach of a scaling company.
- Own technical delivery from MVP to product-market fit and beyond.
- Collaborate with product and design on shaping features, flows, and systems.
- Build delightful, performant interfaces and robust backend services.
- Contribute to architecture and long-term scalability decisions.
- Use generative AI tools to power product features and supercharge your workflow.
- Help evolve the team into a fully-fledged product squad.
- Be a mentor, collaborator, and culture carrier on the team.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks (e.g. React).
- Solid backend engineering skills (Node.js or similar).
- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Experience with or strong interest in applying AI in product development .
- Product mindset: you care deeply about the user experience.
- A collaborative, low-ego, growth-oriented approach to work.
