What You’ll Be Doing:
If you’re passionate about building relationships, driving sales, and growing our brands across various business channels, this could be the perfect role for you!
Support, manage and grow a portfolio of customers and retail outlets across the designated territory of Brisbane Southern Suburbs, Ipswich and GC.
Applicants to be located in Brisbane Southern Suburbs or within the territory area.

Drive market share for our brands via driving solutions that grow sales, increase distribution, impact shelf and execute promotional programs and displays to maximise brand presence.

Support our network of distributor’s sales teams to maximise results for our brands.

Build strong relationships with store owners, managers, and key decision-makers.

Merchandise and ensure prime shelf positioning in-store.

Identify and capitalise on new sales opportunities.
-
Provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.

Provide weekly reports to the Head of Sales

Attend Corporate/Customer events as determined by the Head of Sales

This is a hands on role that requires flexibility.
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in the beverage industry is desirable.

Experience in FMCG, Grocery or a similar sales-driven environment.

Ability to cold call – a hunter with a passion to close.

Self-motivated with a passion for sales and building business relationships.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work autonomously and manage a sales/merchandising territory effectively.

Someone who wants to make a difference with a can do attitude.
