Role;
I'm looking for a passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner who is ready to create meaningful change in people’s lives. This is an opportunity to work in a role where no two days are the same, supporting NDIS participants to achieve their goals through evidence-based, person-centred behaviour support.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering behaviour support services aligned with the Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) framework
• Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs) and developing tailored Behaviour Support Plans
• Supporting individuals and their families, carers, or support networks in their natural environments
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic, person-centred care
• Engaging in weekly team catch-ups to share insights, stories, and support
• Accessing ongoing mentoring from experienced Team Leaders and clinical mentors

Criteria;

• Current registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
• 2+ years experience as a registered BSP
• Flexible, solution-focused mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A valid Australian drivers license
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children Check

Additional Information;

• Based in Darwin, NT.
• Salary package starting at $104,802 (Incl. of leave loading & Super.)
• Must have full/unrestricted working rights in Australia
• This role is subject to a satisfactory criminal history check.
