Role;
I'm looking for a passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner who is ready to create meaningful change in people’s lives. This is an opportunity to work in a role where no two days are the same, supporting NDIS participants to achieve their goals through evidence-based, person-centred behaviour support.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering behaviour support services aligned with the Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) framework
- Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs) and developing tailored Behaviour Support Plans
- Supporting individuals and their families, carers, or support networks in their natural environments
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic, person-centred care
- Engaging in weekly team catch-ups to share insights, stories, and support
- Accessing ongoing mentoring from experienced Team Leaders and clinical mentors
- Current registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
- 2+ years experience as a registered BSP
- Flexible, solution-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid Australian drivers license
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Based in Darwin, NT.
- Salary package starting at $104,802 (Incl. of leave loading & Super.)
- Must have full/unrestricted working rights in Australia
- This role is subject to a satisfactory criminal history check.
