Your role
Responsibilities
- Gaining practical experience across Council’s Community Centre functions.
- Providing project management support for community centre improvement projects.
- Engaging with diverse roles and rotating within the department.
- Accessing learning and development opportunities.
- Growing and learning alongside mentors and peers.
- Contributing to the growth and development of the council and community.
About you
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in social sciences, research, policy, business, project management, or a relevant discipline with some experience.
- Project management and time management skills.
- Ability to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships for cross-organisational projects.
- Studied or currently living in Wyndham.
- Graduated within 24 months of applying.
- Eligibility to work in Australia and satisfactory police check.
Compensation & benefits
- Band 5 salary of $83,536 per annum plus superannuation.
- Fortnightly RDO.
- Fixed term until 30 June 2026.
- Full-time, 38 hours per week.
